I am motivated by the opportunity to learn, improve myself every day, and contribute positively to the company where I work. Achieving goals and being part of a successful team also motivates me. 3. What are your hobbies? In my free time, I enjoy doing sports, especially playing football, and I also like reading. 4. What are your future plans if you get this job? If I get this job, my plan is to gain experience, develop my skills, and contribute to the success of the company while continuing to grow professionally. 5. What are your future goals or what are your career goals? My career goal is to keep learning in my field and, in the long term, to start my own business. 6. What do you see as a major success in your life? A major success in my life has been finishing my studies and continuously improving myself despite challenges. 7. Why did you leave your last job? I left my last job because I was looking for new opportunities for professional growth and development. 8. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? In five years, I see myself working in a transportation company or in a government institution, with more experience, and possibly starting my own business.
